BODYKITS/SPOILERS:

Buyer fully understands that all body kits and spoilers are sold "as is" with no warranty. Due to the fact that most body kits are made of fiberglass chips and cracks may need to be repaired prior to installation - This is normal with fiberglass parts. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, AUTOKONEXION is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). Buyer understands that all body kits/spoilers may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Because many of these kits are prototyped and used on non-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respective countries of origin, AUTOKONEXION is not liable for any illegal street use of these parts. Body kits require some prep work before painting and professional body shop installation is highly recommended.

Fiberglass body kits, fastback or top are sold "AS IS" and it is the customers responsibility to know all of the work involved in the installation process. Understand fiberglass kits are not always direct bolt-ons. Sometimes it is possible a fiberglass kit may need a lot of prep work including filling gaps, trimming, or grinding. AUTOKONEXION recommends that the retail customer seek an experienced custom shop to do the install on body kits and know all the procedures, of installing fiberglass kits. We do not recommend a collision shop to do installs on body kits, they are only experienced on installing OEM parts that are direct bolt-on and do not know the procedure of installing fiberglass body kits. IMPORTANT Note on Fastback or Top: This is sold as an off-road use only and requires (a MUST!) a full cage in your Miata.  It will not protect you from flip-overs.  We will not be responsible for miss-use of this product.

FIBERGLASS/ CARBON HOODS:

Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass and carbon fiber hoods or hoods in general that are sold by AUTOKONEXION are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. All hoods are made for track use only and not legal on public highways or streets. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, AUTOKONEXION is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). We strongly recommend Hood Pins for safety reinforcement. Buyer Understands all Hoods are aftermarket parts and have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Hoods may require some prep work and modifications before painting and installation - professional body shop installation is highly recommended.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:

All Sales are final and all products sold by AUTOKONEXION are sold "as-is" to the Buyer. Damages by Freight must be reported to be claimed against freight company.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

Damage may occur occasionally in transit. Shipments are NOT automatically insured by the carrier and insurance is NOT included on the standard freight quote. Customer must request freight insurance with their order. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied by the transit company if you do so. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken packing) on the Freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be denied by the transit freight company. If any damage has occurred, not it on the driver's bill and have him initial it and make a copy for your records. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. AUTOKONEXION under no circumstances shall be liable for the damage merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

CANCELLATION/RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is Defective.   Return and Exchanges due to a valid Manufacturer's defect should be reported to us within 2 days (48 hours) from delivery date. Shipping back your return item does not guarantee a replacement or a refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Items must be returned in new or reasonable condition. All returned items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all the hardware, instruction, etc.

Returns must be sent freight prepaid by you, the customer and will not be refunded by us. Any COD shipments will be refused and sent back to you. Unwanted merchandise will not be accepted for Returns or Exchange, no exception. All orders are made to order.

Full refund on the purchase price is given only for Manufacturer's Defect. (Damaged products are not considered defective.) All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither our company nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refund will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to our facility the carrier if at fault will be held responsible, it is the shipper's (buyer) responsibility to settle with the carrier. The amount of the refund to the purchaser for the damaged returned goods will depend upon the settled claim amount.

FURTHER READINGS ON NO RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

There will be no Cancellation or Refund for buyers, once you placed your order this is considered final. All products of Autokonexion are all Made to Order Parts and customers will not be able to ask to Cancel or Refund as soon as we received payment. This also applies to Orders that had been shipped. We can only allow possible partial Refund if there is a manufacturer's defect and this is subject for verification and repair by our company. If the item is beyond repairable then our company will decide for partial refund or substitution of same product. Returns with manufacturer's defect must be approved by AUTOKONEXION prior to being returned. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM AUTOKONEXION. All authorized returns must be returned within 2 days after being delivered. Any items received after 2 days or without approval from AUTOKONEXION will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her own expense. All returns must be in unused, unaltered, and unpainted condition. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their own expense. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packing (or better) if the original packing is no longer in good condition. AUTOKONEXION reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
